But this time they are up against a ruthless murderer who wouldn't bat an eyelid at knocking off four septuagenarians. Can the Thursday Murder Club find the killer (and the diamonds) before the killer finds them?
In many ways this book is more polished than the first installment, but the plot here was just a little bit too outlandish for me to truly immerse myself. Still an enjoyable read though, and I will for sure be reading the next in the series.
